• You can now view working pattern history on the employee record.

• You can now update the pay schedules as long as the payroll is not open.

• Customers using CSV Format: Standard Life group pension zone can now choose the pensionable pay definition.

  You can choose from:

  • Qualifying earnings To assess the employee we use the Earnings Trigger for automatic enrolment – This is based on the qualifying earnings elements. This is made up of pay elements like Salary, Hourly Pay, Overtime, Commission, Bonus, Statutory Payments etc. Once the employee has been assessed then that trigger is no longer used. (QBE)

  • Basic Pay The standard amount paid to an employee which excludes additional payments like bonuses, overtime, and allowances. (BP)

  • Total Pay (TP)

  • Own definition (OD)

• Working patterns now calculate to 6 decimal places.

• The gross and total pay now show on the payslips for customers using ePayslips.co.uk.

• Employees pay is now calculated on a pro-rata based on the effective working patterns.

• You can now create a single BACS Stands for Bankers' Automated Clearing Services. It's an electronic system for transferring money directly between bank accounts in the UK, often used for payroll. file containing multiple payments with different payment dates, rather than creating a single fine for each payment date.

• You can now choose your Pensionable Pay Definition when creating a worker group A group of employees who have the same pension contribution level and other settings. for Standard Life (Group Worker Zone).
