Getting started with the Employer Portal

Welcome to the Employer Portal. Here, you can send payroll information to your Payroll Specialist, add and update employee records, and use reports to validate and confirm.

Add employees

If this is your first time using this portal, your Payroll Specialist may have added this content for you. Check with them before you start.

You make changes to your employees directly in the Employer Portal.

Review payroll details

You can view and add processing notes to your payroll before you send it to your Payroll Specialist. See Reviewing your payroll

Submit a Payroll

You can Submit a payroll to your Payroll Specialist.

Complete an approval

You can review the payroll sent back to you by the Payroll Specialist, make any changes, and send it back for final processing. See Approve a payroll.

Update details or make permanent changes

As well as sending and approving payruns, you can also make changes to payroll details and make permanent changes to employee records.
